The Q-Dino Educational Robotics Kit offers two models of educational robots to be built, programmed and controlled from smartphones or tablets to teach children the basics of STEM, construction, robotics and programming. This robot has a rich and interactive way of working with discolored eyes that express emotions under two different robot models: the dinosaur and the crocodile.
Programmable under Windows 7+, Mac 10.9+, iOS 8+, Android 4.4+, drag and drop coding, based on the Arduino platform, Wireless control over Bluetooth 4.0 using the Robobloq application, recommended for ages 8 and up.
Robobloq's Q-Dino: educational dinosaur and crocodile robots
The Q-Dino robot kit is an intermediate level robot kit to build. It consists of 231 metal, electronic and electronic parts and is recommended for children over 8 years old. It is interactive with eyes that express emotions and a large mouth that can be integrated into a dinosaur or crocodile. Children can learn how to build the robot, then learn more about electronics, robotics, coding or STEM thanks to the motor and the various additional sensors.
The Robobloq Q-Dino Robot Kit can be ordered using the free Robobloq application, available for most smartphones and tablets.
