6. Delivery and Fees

The products purchased on the Site are intended to be delivered to the countries listed below: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, French Guiana, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Reunion Island, Luxembourg, Martinique, Mayotte, Monaco, Netherlands, New Caledonia, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, St Pierre et Miquelon, Sweden, Switzerland, Wallis and Futuna, Canada, United States.

Your order will be delivered to the address you gave us when you placed your order.

When the item is available in stock, the estimated delivery date is determined according to:

• The shipping time: verification of the reliability of the information entered as from the time your payment is taken into account + preparation of your order + handling of the parcel(s) by the carrier.
• The delivery time of your package by the carrier.
• The delivery time may not exceed 30 (thirty) days following the order. Failing this, the Client has the possibility of resolving the contract formalised by his order by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or in writing on another durable medium after a formal notice has remained in vain.

In the event of cancellation of the order, we undertake to reimburse you for the sums paid, including delivery costs, at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days following the date on which the contract was terminated. The amount paid by the Client is automatically increased by 10% if the refund is made no later than 30 days after this term, by 20% up to 60 days and by 50% thereafter.

our orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day with confirmation by e-mail of the departure of your order. The package will then be processed by the carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the order.

For any country and territories not included in this list, please contact us at contact@robot-advance.com to obtain a quote. The order will only be final and its amount debited by A2O Distribution once the Client has accepted the quotation sent.

In the event of delivery outside the territory of the European Union, customs taxes and formalities are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise specified and are indicated precisely in the All-Inclusive Price including the price of the products ordered to which are added the various costs.

La Poste and Chronopost are the carriers used by the Site.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the online order form or returned by fax or e-mail.

A validation email will be sent with the tracking number and a link to the tracking site. Upon delivery, the Customer will check the content, conformity and condition of the product.

Transport insurance covering the risks of loss and damage caused by the carrier is taken out for the value of the goods. In the event of a dispute with the carrier, the Site's services are at your disposal to send you a copy of the information in our possession necessary to prepare your file.

All our shipments are made in reinforced packaging.

A flat-rate contribution to the costs defined according to the country of delivery, weight and value of the package is requested and indicated in the All-Inclusive Price.

In the event of a multiple order combining products with different delivery dates, the products will be shipped as and when they become available as soon as each shipment exceeds the delivery threshold free of charge.

Failing this, and unless otherwise expressly agreed, the remainder of the order will be shipped as soon as all the products are available.

The Customer has the possibility of having his order delivered to an address other than the billing address. The invoice will be sent to the billing address.

Information: the system does not allow and is not configured for shipments over 35Kg. If your order exceeds this weight, you will receive a message with a customized shipping solution. Shipping costs will be added to your order with your agreement. You will also have the choice of proposing your own freight and cancelling your order if necessary.
