Battery-powered and equipped with a USB port, the Horizon Energy Monitor can be used with or without a computer, indoors or out. It provides an immediate, graphical method of recording data without complex formulas or calculations. Students can now quantify voltages, currents, power, joules, resistances and even RPM speeds of miniature wind turbines and solar panels in real time, making experiments more interactive and educational.
