Withings Body is a connected scale that puts technology at the service of people's health. Body is the ideal fitness companion to regularly monitor your weight whether during a diet or other period. With the Health Mate application available on iOS and Android, you can track your progress day after day until you reach a set goal.

Precise monitoring
Body immediately displays the curve of your weight over the last eight measurements, this allows you to judge your results in real time.
- Your weighings are then automatically recorded on the Health Mate application via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Thanks to the application you can benefit from personalized coaching to achieve your objectives:
- Choose your daily calorie quota that you must consume each day in order to achieve a weight target. Choose a weight and the application calculates the number of calories to be taken per day.
- Record your meals so that the calories are deducted from your quota, the application tells you if you are entitled to a surplus depending on your activity.
- You can also benefit from personalized advice, reminders, reports... in order to reach your objective in the best conditions.
- More than just analyzing your body, Body is able to give you the weather of the day so you can adapt your outfit, it is also able to recognize up to eight different users with whom the profile is associated in the Health Mate application.
- Health Mate is the same application for all Withings products and is compatible with hundreds of applications such as MyFitnessPal, Loselt, Runtastic, Runkeeper...
