Makeblock's Megapi V1 programming board is mBot compatible. This "MegaPi" board is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega2560 that has been developed to easily operate a variety of motors. It will be possible to drive up to 10 servos and 8 dc encoder motors or 4 stepper motors simultaneously with a maximum output current of 10A (peak).
It will also work with a Raspberry Pi board (not included) with which you can drive your motors and other sensors in Python language.
